Now and Then...

This post is something of a before and after... I happen to have had a picture taken 3 years ago memorial day weekend. .. I just found it again, I had no idea how much I have changed...

Looky looky!!!

I'm starting to feel like a real person again !!! this year has been all about getting my health back ...and I finally feel like I'm starting to look like I feel!!! so that may be strange and it may or may not be true ... this picture I feel like, I look like I'm getting healthy again... that's all that I really want... being able to accomplish the same things that I want to do is the greatest gift that I've ever had!!!

Follow up Cardiologist appointment. ..

Well, I guess yeah!  Cardiologist today was happy about my weight-loss, happy about the exercise... took me off one med... changed another... he said to monitor my blood pressure if (on meds) it goes below 110 then I can step off the blood pressure med...so yeah?!?
So my cardiologist said to me paraphrasing " don't get discouraged when you Plateau or if you stop losing. Keep up the exercise and eating right.he said even if you are still heavy the good neutralizes the bad!" By doing these things I decrease my risk of heart attack & stroke by 1/2!  So,  no matter what our scale says we are getting better!!! We are doing good!!!

We Did it!!!

#doggiedash was this morning!!! We did great!!! My boys where very good... it was a great event and I had a lovely time!!!

Oddly this is art!!! I am amazed! !! What does this have to do with anything? ?? EVERYTHING! !! Because it is a masterpiece of the unusual...the cowl was turned on a lathe no easy feet! The horns are not supposed to be there but looking like they fit. And those teeth! !! Just do it!!! Create! !! Make the world a better place for your children! !! Experience fully!!!
