October yeah!!!

So breast cancer campaigns surround me... not that it's bad just makes me very thoughtful... I have not been working out as hard I injured myself and the healing seems to be slow going... I am working on a new regimen I will start in November. I want to add in resistance training. I am also going to do a cleanse to kick start my getting back on my healthy cooking... So though I have not gained any weight I have not lost any in a couple months... How did I get so off track??? No worries I will be right as rain soon!!!

Sorry I haven't been heard from...

So I haven't posted anything significant on this blog in a while. But it is important to me to keep it going. Here are the highlights of the last month.  I ran the 10k,yeah! I did 2 hours of zumba on the bricks at pioneer square then zoomed to PIR to do a 5k that night! I run/wog 5k 3 days per week, aqua power 2 days per week, easy hiking somewhere in there too! The food thing is harder but I am still working portion control.
I guess the take away is this; I am working this hard so I can participate in my life! If something looks interesting or fun I am not afraid to go out and do it! I have my health back! You can too!  Some of you do too! It is a gift we give ourselves.
