Wogging! !!

My boys are getting better with the wogging... I may or may not be lol! !! I do love it though... as spring jumps into the for front of my life, I cam only think how blessed I am!!! I have a Cisneros again to get healthy... I'll not squander it...

Another food prep night!!!

I really like this time... I have fun with a friend and we make kits of yummy food!!! It really helps for portion control and not getting bored. .. this week I made this steak roll up this and something called Gundi.  She made Portuguese kale soup and quinoa breakfast muffins!!! It makes me look forward!

Another day another well you know....

So this week I have not lost weight :-/
However I have overall lost inches!!!  So still feeling is a win!!!  I do seem to lose in womps. I ran with Jay Gizmo today need to do that more... My order comes tomorrow (yeah!) I ran out of chocolate shakeology win few days ago and I figured out pretty quick I don't care for the vanilla... So I am thinking I well do another 3 day refresh in June...  Well that's all I got for now!!! Have a great day!!!

Inside my head...

I often wonder what drives people to let these blog site... I mean, I read something that has a lot of following and they seem like so much flashing the lot of them are really going on and on about nothing.... some of them are more newsworthy... So how did that happen how did they get popular??? I really don't do this because of the people coming to read it , I do it for my own head I guess. ..The reality is I  Wonder...is  someone's out there??? Does what you're doing here matter??? I'd like to think yes... I'd like to think that someone goes oh maybe I could be on a healthier course if she's on a healthier course maybe it's not that hard... No answers just lots of questions in my head head...

shake,shake,shake...shake,shake,shake...shake your boooty!!!

Okay ,so I am sold on this beachbody thing... it makes since and it's working which is an twofer!!! so I think my results are exagerated because I am exercisizing and its always that way up front right??? heres the bottomline I have lost 21 lbs in less than 2 weeks!!! It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood!!!

End result of cooking day 1!!!

There will be more I am down today but tomorrow I will finish it up!!! I am cooking for my 21 day fix ( if your interested I will get a link up) for me food is about it being on hand/easy... so my plan of action is on my days off cooking for the week... rinse and repeat... after the 3 weeks I will take a "cheat" day... but honestly I don't think to many of those are a good idea for me... I need to get this down and my weight under control... my goal is by December when I have my 1 year with the stint I can get off all meds...

And she pulls a stupid! !!!!

Last night I wretched my guts out for (well off and on) 8 hours!!! All because my beanie little brain says things to me like "waste not want not" ... so I went to the fish market and nice people they are they give me a small bag of ice with my purchase. Now I think, fantastic I can use the ice when I get home after all it is not touching my scallops.... Lois!!!! Bacteria is tiny!!! Gets everywhere!!! So consiquently throwing up for HOURS! !! BTW I haven't thrown up like this ever...when you are on chemo they give you great drugs precisely so it doesn't  happen!!! So I lived...I was not sure of that at 5am, but my stomach is so sore!!! 
Note to self,as one of my friends said to me "become an ice snob" yup that is me from here on out!!!

Mad scientists! Or Cooking with Lois!!!

Since I am new to this (cooking thing) I should probably be a good girl and follow the recipes that are set out for me... So the problem with that is, well, I am me!!! So I was on my FB and a friend posted one of those scrumptious looking recipes .... you know the ones, that have like 1000 calories per serving and then add butter !!! So I am watching this thinking, okay (it was called Bacon cheeseburger bake ) if I used turkey bacon, then 93%fat free ground turkey, salt pepper maybe tarragon or cumin,now measure the cheese using low fat low sodium(making sure not to exceed 1/2 serving per serving ) then add them red bell peppers. Baking the described 30minute at 350° and walla! If I am calculating correctly it should be 1/3 the beef / pork original!!! And just as yummy!!! Tomorrow I will talk to Kristi about it!!!
Update;
Spaghetti squash and chicken sausage bake
1 cooked spaghetti squash 
2 pounds mild Italian chicken sausage sausage
1 (15 ounce) container low fat ricotta cheese
1 egg whites
1 large yellow onion, minced
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (26 ounce) crushed tomatoes
divided 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Italian cheese blend
1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
Preheat to 375°
Cut spaghetti squash in half. Clean out guts. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.place upside down on microwave safe plate. Cook 7-9min. While this is cooking.
In a large skillet brown sausage. Add to it, garlic, onion and (optional ) mushrooms
In a bowl mix ricotta, egg, spices and 1/3 of the crushed tomatoes.
Add this mixture to skillet.
When squash is done scrape with a fork into the skillet. Mix thoroughly.
In a glass square baking pan pour 1/3 of crushed tomatoes. Add skillet mixure, then sprinkle genorous amount of cheese
Cover with foil cook and let cook 20 minutes. Uncover cook 10 more minutes.
Let set for a few before you divide it into containers.
Calories per serving 85 (8oz) makes 16 servings

I cried today...

Yup, but honest it was a good thing!!! I am under, check that, I have been under 250 for days!!! -13lbs!!! Only 80 more to go lol!!! My real goal is to be able to go med free by the time my 1 year anniversary comes up for the stint... That means less Lois!!! So this actual cooking thing has merit... I am not hungry!!! I am happy... I am going to be fine ♡♡♡

Fun with Food! Or Being prepared the key to weightloss...

Last night I went to my friends house and we cooked like it was a party!!! Shakeology is all about clean eating and eating often... if you don't know what clean eating means. Basically it is no processed food... there is more to it but that's what it boils down to... OH and organic i.e. the least amount of chemicals possible... so the hard part for me and her is prep we are busy hard to be food creative when you're busy, so we planned a fun evening!!! And we will do it again I think...

Chores... Or life's ordinary stuff

Today I am going to accomplish the ordinary... I have things that have suffered for my not feeling good... so the sewing... also the cleaning... and new on the scene is the food prep!!! The containers do not indicate how much they will hold on the shakeology program... so today I will be measuring the volume of each container, then going out and buying inexpensive ones for food prep and storage... of course once that is done will do a bunch of food prep... I  am hoping to stay ahead of this because I think it will be my undoing in the program... I have a hard time staying on track with food... wish me luck!!!

Shiney and New!!! Or No more Letrozole!!!

How quickly things change!!! I had no idea how the letrozole was affecting me... besides the muscle ache the depression was overwhelming me... but now 3 days off of it I am nearly pain free!!! And the blue's are gone!!! I am me again!!! Shakeology day 1 in the books!!!

Shakeology! Or Lois getting ready for Hawaii!!!

I said I would never do it again (never say never) ... Shakeology does however make sense. .. a drink all high in good stuff  none of the things I can't have. .. then these lovely containers color coded to remember!!! Simple formula to figure out how many of each... so does the 3 day extreme (kinda fasting)but not fruits veggies and healthy fats...then on to the 21 day did fix!!! Want to look a little more presentable on my trip!!!

Cold and flu season!!!

So now I have a cold... I know because I had the flu a few weeks ago and this is not as bad having said that it still sucks!!! Stuffy nose cough... wish I could stay in bed... but no...I texted all of my clients and they are willing to brave it...I am leaving the cocoon of blankets and dogs...
