I don't know how long is been... I started couch to 5k (C25k ) this is the 3rd time.... the first time out I had cancer. ...the 2nd I couldn't breath found out that I had a blocked artery!!! So as they say 3rd time is a charm!!! I am really enjoying it. .. I just repeated week 2...now on to week 3...2016 will be Amazing!!!
