So I thought you would like to know what 2months on my healthy path has netted me... my weight this morning is 243lbs!!! That is -24lbs!!! So how does that translate into Inches lost; waist -2", hips -3", ribcage -2", thighs -2" each !!! Basically smaller overall me!!! I should be more motivated to workout harder, longer, whatever. .. but the reality is this is about forever and this is the pace I can maintain forever.
