First day walking no pain since I got the injury!!!! I have been going slow... today I sped up no pain!!! The boys are happy I'm not being so slow and so am I... only a little rain today everybody's a little damp no worse for the wear... I'm getting ready for work now, have a great day!!!
This is a good start to getting my groove back. .. Only 7 months to the Doggy Dash!!! the boys and I will be ready!!!
