Its been more than a year since I last wrote on this blog. I t is not that I don't find it as cathartic as I used to it's more that I dont think to write. Which is in fact what a lot of my reservations where when I started this. This year I did so much! And I did document it on my Instagram! (Much more my medium) @mylois and @gizmostripeadventures
I spent a lot of time hiking, doing yoga and oh I did a sprint triathlon! We by hand (200 80# bags of concrete) created a patio with a permanent roof and privacy walls. A retro fit for my hot tub with new surround(in progress). A friend died. Another got married. I visited my son and family! I guess I am saying I am living my life. I am going to put effort into creating the habit at night to put a few words here. We'll see how it goes. Know if I dont for a while again that life is happening and I am participating!
