Oh. ..how is this actually going? ??

You might have questions. ... am I losing weight? ?? Answer;  yes! Only  4 so far but that's fine!  How is couch to 5k??? Honest only doing it 3 days per week I am fast walking the running parts and done week 1 for 4 weeks... but I am still moving! ! !  The swimming how is that? ?? The 80% legs is kicking my butt! And I am glad doing 4 -5 days per week,  2 of those deep water aerobics! so I guess it's all going well! I believe it is the journey not the destination!!! what a painful wonderful journey !!!
