What does a week look like???

Work ,hike , swim, work, Hike, deep H2o  aerobics! work, hike, swim, work, hike, swim, hike ,deep H2o  aerobics! Repeat!!! do it all again! Seriously!  It sounds like a lot but it is not doing 4 miles a day 4 days per week some harder some not, 1/2 mile swim 3 days then deep H2o  aerobics! 2 days.  It is fantastic! WORKING on the food part... ♡♡♡
