A few weeks ago I started couch to 5k which is designed for people who aren't currently working out and getting them to be able to run a 5k. I am not interested in running. So why I started was to get moving again and not hurting myself. It is an app. It takes only 30 minutes and only 3 days per week. Very manageable. So it is segments and on the "running " segments I fast walk. Fast enough I am getting my heart rate up. By week 3 I felt like I was really getting better! And Today I hiked 4 miles! It has been a year since I could do that! The point really is that what ever I choose to do,wherever I choose to go. I can do it and not worry if I can accomplish it.
