Interesting factoids. ..

First, I went to physical therapy the other day. The therapist told me that walking is good for your bones and swimming is good for your muscles... That I thought was good to know... Because it reminds me I need both to be healthy... Though right now I enjoy them about equally!!!
Second,  I believe that pretty much wherever I am there's a"walk" I have included a picture of the sign...for reasons I am not getting into I was at Tualatin Kaiser waiting and had time to kill so I thought I will walk (had the dogs too! ) and this sign was at the parking lot entrance!  How great! I did not even have to think about where we would go. ..nice!

    1. Isn't though!?! I was trying to explain how I feel now verses being in the middle of the BC crap. And I finally realized it's like there was a net over me. I always felt muddled up. And now I am free!
      I hope your recovery is going well! You seem always the busy girl but I hope that soon your health is equal to your lifestyle!
